Haven Villas is the townhouse and villa collection at Haven, the wellness community by Aldar Properties and Dubai Holding in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubailand, opposite the Al Habtoor Polo Resort. Haven brings together more than 2,400 residences, from townhouses to eco-villas, set among green spaces designed for healthy, low-impact living. Homes range from 3 to 6 bedrooms and about 2,277 to 9,231 sq ft, with Aldar's listed starting price at AED 2,704,486. Aldar currently lists no developer units for sale at Haven, as released phases have sold through. The community includes basketball courts, a bike loop and bike track, children's play areas, communal farming gardens, a community gym and grocery stores. The payment plan was 5% on booking, 55% during construction and 40% on handover, and Aldar lists completion in Q4 2027.
