Avenew 888 is AVENEW Development's AED 1.3 billion community in the Dubai South Residential District, made up of five 11-storey buildings released in three phases. It mixes apartments and duplexes with co-living and shared spaces, including a co-working atelier, library, coffee corner and plant shop, set around gardens, two adult pools, a children's pool and a dog park, about 5 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport. MODO was phase 1, launched in July 2025 with 217 apartments and duplexes in the project's first building. The developer's inventory for this phase has sold out. Homes here are available through resale. The mix includes 1-bedroom apartment (about 621 sq ft); 2-bedroom apartment (about 969 sq ft); 3-bedroom apartment (about 1,254 sq ft); 2 to 3-bedroom duplex (about 2,950 sq ft). At launch, prices started from AED 800K. Amenities include swimming pools and children's pool, gym, pilates and yoga studio, indoor and outdoor gyms, half basketball court, co-working spaces and atelier, library, coffee corner and plant shop, bbq areas. Payment plan: 10% on booking, 50% in instalments until August 2027 and 40% on handover. Handover is expected in Q1 2028.
