Hayat 7 is the seventh phase of Hayat by Dubai South, the wellness-focused townhouse and villa community in the Dubai South Residential District, developed by Dubai South Properties. Earlier phases have sold out and families are already settled in the community. This release brings 4 and 5-bedroom townhouses and villas of about 3,800 to 4,950 sq ft, set around parks, community lakes, pools and a retail boulevard, close to Al Maktoum International Airport and Expo City Dubai. The mix includes 4-bedroom townhouse (about 3,801 sq ft) from AED 4.8M; 5-bedroom townhouse (about 4,950 sq ft) from AED 5.8M; 5-bedroom villa (about 4,953 sq ft) from AED 6.3M. Amenities include shared swimming pools, community lakes, parks and green spaces, fitness facilities, sports courts, cycling and jogging trails, kids' play areas, retail boulevard and neighbourhood mall. Payment plan: 5% on booking, 35% during construction, 30% on handover and 30% over 24 months after handover. Handover is expected in Q2 2029.
