Silena is a boutique waterfront development by Avenew Development on Island B of Dubai Islands, launched in December 2025. It offers 137 residences, including 1 to 5-bedroom apartments, duplex townhouses and penthouses, ranging from about 730 sqft to more than 12,000 sqft. Prices start from about AED 2.6M. 2-bedroom apartments of about 1,295 sqft start from around AED 4.1M, and the 3-bedroom townhouses of about 6,798 sqft start from around AED 25M. Residents get direct private beach access, a rooftop infinity pool, rooftop gym, wellness garden, meditation spaces, sauna and steam room, a water bar and observatory lounge, and yacht berthing. The payment plan is 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on completion, with handover expected in Q2 2028.
