The Residences at The Dubai Beach EDITION are the first EDITION-branded homes in the Middle East, part of Marriott's EDITION beach resort at Dubai Harbour. Developed by H&H Development and owned by Shamal Holding, the project has 165 two to four-bedroom residences in four low-rise pavilion buildings designed by RSHP, with interiors by Rockwell Group, next to a 185-key EDITION hotel. Owners share a private beach and get around-the-clock EDITION services, from concierge and valet to priority access to the hotel's restaurants and spa. The mix includes 2-bedroom residence (about 1,450 sq ft) from AED 8.3M; 3-bedroom residence; 4-bedroom residence (about 3,770 sq ft). Amenities include private beach for owners and hotel guests, infinity and family pools, wellness club with spa, gym and treatment rooms, padel court, sky garden, beach club and watersports pavilion, specialty restaurants and rooftop bar, landscaped gardens and sunbathing lawns. Payment plan: 50/50: 50% during construction and 50% on handover. Handover is expected in Q4 2029.
