DAMAC Islands 2 is DAMAC Properties' seventh master community, a 20 million sq ft development in Dubailand themed on eight island destinations: Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Cuba, Maui, Mauritius and Tahiti. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 55% during construction and 25% on handover. Completion is expected in Q4 2030.
