Palma Holding is a Dubai developer behind Serenia Living on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, completed in 2025, and Serenia District, a lakeside master plan of apartment towers in Jumeirah Islands. Its projects focus on wellness amenities, resort-style clubhouses and generous layouts, from one-bedroom apartments to penthouses and sky mansions. Off-plan towers now selling include The West Residence (handover Q4 2028) and East Residences 1 to 6 (handover 2030).
