Homes include 1-bedroom apartments of about 758 sqft from around AED 2.3M, 2-bedroom apartments of about 1,275 sqft from around AED 4.2M, 3-bedroom apartments of about 2,303 sqft from around AED 6.5M, 3-bedroom garden villas of about 2,372 sqft, 4-bedroom garden villas of about 3,447 sqft and duplexes penthouses of about 7,800 sqft from around AED 15M. Residents get swimming pool, wellness spa, fitness centre, lounges, cinema, children's play zones and waterfront retail and dining. The payment plan is 5% on booking, 35% during construction and 60% on handover. Completion is expected in Q4 2028.
